Terms and Conditions

 

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services of Wing Zing ("we," "us," "our"). 

By placing an order, dining at our restaurant, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Ordering and Service

  • Menu and Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive for accuracy, menu item availability, descriptions, and pricing may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to refuse or cancel orders if the information is incorrect.
  • Order Accuracy: We do our best to fulfill all orders accurately. Please review your order confirmation carefully before finalizing. Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible, especially during peak hours.
  • Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: Our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, wheat, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee that any of our products are free of allergens. Please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing your order. Wing Zing is not responsible for any allergic reactions.


2. Takeout and Delivery

  • Takeout: For takeout orders, please pick up your food promptly. We are not responsible for the quality of food that is not picked up in a timely manner.
  • Delivery: Delivery services, if offered, are provided by a third party. We are not responsible for any delays, errors, or issues with the delivery service. Please direct any delivery-related concerns to the delivery provider.


3. Dine-In Policies

  • Seating: Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless a reservation system is in place. We cannot guarantee a specific table or wait time.
  • Outside Food and Beverages: The consumption of outside food and beverages is not permitted within the restaurant.
  • Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to disorderly conduct, inappropriate behavior, or intoxication.


4. Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wing Zing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
  • Assumption of Risk: By consuming our food, you assume all risks associated with consumption, including but not limited to choking, allergic reactions, or other health issues.


5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Wing Zing and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our express written permission.


6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of IL, USA. Any disputes related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of DuPage County, IL USA.


7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

By placing an order or visiting Wing Zing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Return and Refund Policy

 

At Wing Zing, we are committed to providing delicious food and excellent service. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for a Refund

  • Incorrect Order: If you received an item different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong flavor, wrong quantity, or a missing item), you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please notify us immediately upon discovering the error.
  • Quality Issues: If the food quality is not up to our standards (e.g., undercooked wings, cold upon arrival for takeout/delivery), you may be eligible for a refund. To qualify, we may ask you to return the uneaten portion of the food so we can assess the issue. We reserve the right to deny a refund if a substantial portion of the order has been consumed.
  • Timeliness: You must report any issue within 1 hour of receiving your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.


2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customer Error: We cannot provide a refund if the issue is due to a mistake you made when placing the order (e.g., ordering the wrong item, selecting the wrong spice level).
  • Personal Preference: We do not offer refunds if you simply "didn't like" the taste of a flavor or an item. We encourage you to try our sample flavors or ask our staff for recommendations if you're unsure.
  • Delivery Issues: For orders placed through third-party delivery services, we are not responsible for delays, spillage, or issues caused by the delivery provider. Please contact the delivery company's customer support for those concerns.


3. Refund Process

  • Contact Us: To request a refund, please contact us directly by phone or in person. Be prepared to provide your order number, the date of your order, and a detailed explanation of the problem.
  • Verification: We may require photographic evidence of the issue. In some cases, we may ask you to bring the food back to the restaurant.
  • Resolution: If your request is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or offer a replacement. Please note that refunds can take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
